Directions
Adult dosage
Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warning:
- In very rare cases – Black Cohosh has been associated with liver failure.
- If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes – dark urine – nausea – vomiting – unusual tiredness – weakness – stomach or abdominal pain – and/or loss of appetite – you should stop using this product and see your doctor.

Each capsule contains:
- Actaea racemosa (Black Cohosh) root and rhizome ext. dry conc. 8 mg
Derived from dry 40 mg - Asparagus racemosus (Organic Shatavari) root ext. dry conc. 60 mg
Derived from dry 3 g - Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root ext. dry conc. 300 mg
Derived from dry 3 g - Trifolium pratense (Red Clover) flower and leaf ext. dry conc. stand. 100 mg
Derived from min. dry 2.5 g- Equiv. isoflavones (of Trifolium pratense) 40 mg
Contains phenylalanine (naturally occurring in Red Clover).
No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
