Which address can I provide?

If possible, it is best to provide:

  • An address where you will be present to accept delivery (E.g. Work address).
  • We also deliver to your home address but please keep in mind that if the receiver is not available, parcels are normally taken to the nearest post office or collection depot.
  • You may include instructions at the checkout for your parcel to be left at the premises but please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if we are instructed to leave on site. Please be sure that it is safe to leave a package on premises before requesting this.
  • Delivery instructions are a guide only and we cannot guarantee that any instructions provided will be followed by the delivery driver.
  • Yes, we do deliver to a PO BOX address via Australia Post.

At any given time, we may experience a higher volume of sales than anticipated across our range at AustralianVitamins.com. We prefer to keep our inventory accurate and aligned with sales numbers. The benefits:

**POSTAGE INSURANCE AUSTRALIA

When selecting your shipping option you may also select Ship Safe Australia for delivery protection. We will cover any lost or damaged items in transit within Australia.

If you provide authority to leave your parcel unattended at your delivery address, insurance will not cover any loss. 

Damage Claims: Must be made within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Please note that you may be asked to provide proof of damage (such as photos).

Lost Claims: If the carrier is unable to provide tracking information, we will replace the order!

 

Packing Materials We Use:

You may notice packing peanuts in your parcel. These are 100% bio-degradable:
- Bio-Fill / Void Fill Bag
- Compostable & Water Soluble
- Dissolve in Water
 
We receive many supplier / manufacturer deliveries that contain these packing peanuts. Instead of discarding them we make every effort to collect and reuse.
 
Shredded Cardboard
- We now have a cardboard shredding machine!
- We convert our surplus cardboard into effective, shock absorbing packaging and void fill material.
- Allows us to re-use the many boxes we receive on a daily basis.

CUSTOMS

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any additional customs restrictions, clearance fees, import duties and rejected delivery costs which may apply to the products you are purchasing.
 

Taxes/Import Duties may be imposed once a shipment reaches your country thus we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We will not reimburse any charges which may be imposed.


We always declare correct order values. We clearly show the cost of goods and the cost of shipping for easy and accurate processing through customs.
 


The shipping fee on a returned parcel is non-refundable as this has already been paid to the courier.  If your order is returned to us due to unpaid taxes / import duties, we will only reimburse the total amount paid for the products if they return in a saleable condition. We cannot reimburse any costs you have paid for shipping.

MISSING PARCELS


If your order fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe:

  1. If you are not at the specified delivery address to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a card providing pickup details or to reschedule the delivery.
  2. Sometimes these cards are misplaced or lost, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check your dispatch email for tracking details and Contact Us if you require any assistance.
