Wanderlust Holy Basil is a cold-pressed plant active in a readily absorbed liquid herbal extract.
Holy Basil is traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to:

Adult Dosage
Using the measured dropper take 2.25 mL daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary. Shake well before use.

Each 2.25 mL contains:
- Ocimum tenuiflorum (Holy Basil) leaf ext. liquid 2.03 mL.
- Derived from dry 2.03 g.
