By adding our highest quality Canadian grown hemp protein powder (30%) with our Vanilla Pea Protein powder (70%), their complementary amino acid profiles create a superior complete vegetable protein, with a great taste and an optimal amount of fibre.
The Vital Pea & Hemp Protein has a uniquely high protein concentration, over 74% (Vital Pea Protein contains 88% protein on its own & the hemp protein powder 65%).
The Vital pea & hemp protein is rich in fibre, essential fatty acids, omega 3, 6 & 9.
Ingredients:
70% Vital Pea Protein (Pure Pea Protein Isolate, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Thaumatin & Monk Fruit); 30% Hemp Protein Powder.
Directions:
Dissolve or mix 25g (approx 2 heaped tablespoons) into 200ml of water, milk (nondairy is suggested), yoghurt, or natural juice of your choice.
Are there any side effects?
Worthy to note that Hemp protein powder is a natural food product and does not generally cause any side effects. For some who are extremely sensitive who are experiencing diarrhoea or bloating at the time it is best to try half a serve to start off with.
