PPC Herbs Sinus Plex herbal medicine for sinus congestion is manufactured in Australia using high-quality herbal extracts and is supplied by PPC Herbs, a well-known supplier of practitioner-grade herbal medicine.
Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine:
- to relieve symptoms of hayfever, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis
- as a decongestant and expectorant
- to soothe irritated tissues
- to relieve symptoms of common colds and flu
Ingredients:
Each 5mL contains liquid extracts:
- Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis) 1mL of liquid extract, equivalent to 1g of dry Eyebright.)
- Baical skullcap root (Scutellaria baicalensis) 500 microlitres of liquid extract, equivalent to 500mg of dry Baical Skullcap root).
- Liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 1.25mL of liquid extract, equivalent to 1.25g of dry liquorice root.)
- Elderflower (Sambucus nigra) 1mL of liquid extract, equivalent to 1g of dry elderflower.)
- Garlic bulb (Allium sativum) 200 microliters of liquid extract, equivalent to 100g of fresh garlic.)
Directions
Adults
5-10mL two or three times a day
Important Information
Duration of use
Up to a maximum of six weeks treatment. Allow significant treatment breaks before continuing.
Directions for use
Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.
Interactions
Contra-indicated with concomitant use of digoxin, diuretics, laxatives, cardiac glycosides anti-coagulant drugs, protease inhibitors, anti-hypertensive agents and potassium-depleting drugs

Exercise caution taking Sinus Plex before/after surgery, if pregnant or lactating, or in diabetes. Safety during pregnancy and breast feeding has not been evaluated.
