How to Use:

1. Warm sachet in hands or under running water if it feels like the coconut oil has hardened (this is normal)
2. Give Keeko a rip and pour contents into mouth
3. Gently swish and swirl around your mouth for 5 – 15 minutes everyday for 14 days. The longer you swish the better the results!
4. Bin that spit and brush those pearly whites. For best results use our Keeko Binchotan Charcoal Toothbrush
5. Maintain your killer Keeko smile! After your 14 days of oil pulling is up, use once to twice per week to keep your grills white and bright and healthy

Tips

• You DON'T have to do it for 15 minutes! 5 minutes will still give you incredible benefits
• You DON'T have to do it every day! Use you Keeko pack either as an intense 2 week detox and whitening treatment OR swish once or twice a week to improve and maintain great oral health. This will make 1 pack last at least 2 months!
