Directions
- Mix 1 scoop with 250ml of plant-based or regular milk.
- Add to smoothies, yogurt or warmed in a milk frother.
0-14 Days: Take 1 scoop 2x daily in the morning & evening, ideally before meals.
Ongoing: Take 1 scoop 1x daily for maintenance.
- If experiencing loose stools, start with ½ scoop daily & slowing increase as tolerated.
