It is a great way to help maintain your health and regularity with healthy soluble fibre and a refreshing orange flavour.
Psyllium husks come from the psyllium seed and is one of the most gentle and effective sources of soluble fibre found in nature. It is a natural mucilaginous bulk-forming agent with a smooth texture, which absorbs water and can provide gentle relief from constipation.
Ingredients
Psyllium husk powder, sucrose, natural orange flavour, citric acid, and colouring.

- Adults: Add 10g, approximately two level 5ml medicinal measuring spoons, to a glass of at least 250ml of cool water.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
