These sugar and gluten-free Cinnamon Donuts are not just doughnut-shaped cakes! You will need to use yeast and let it prove to end up with 16-18 delicious cinnamon doughnuts that are the real deal. Can also be made dairy-free.

You will need:

• 150ml almond milk
• 40ml cream (or coconut cream)
• 7g (1 sachet) dried yeast
• 2 large eggs
• 100g unsalted butter - melted (or coconut oil)
• Silicon donut mould

Ingredients

Donut Mix: almond meal, erythritol, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder (2%), xanthan gum, vanilla bean powder

Makes 16 doughnuts
