Directions

• Oral Use: Adults - take 20 mL in 100 mL of water, juice or herb tea 30 minutes before meals three times daily.*
• External Use: Adults - soak a piece of gauze with product and apply to the affected area for 2-12 hrs, covering with a bandage.*
• Gargle: Adults - add 20 mL to 100 mL of lukewarm water, swish the solution in the mouth, gargle and swallow, twice daily.*

• Commiphora myrrha (Myrrh)* tincture 1.43 mL from dry stem bark oleoresin 85.72 mg.
• Curcuma zedoaria (Zedoary)* tincture 1.43 mL from dry rhizome 152.38 mg.
• Fraxinus ornus (Manna ash) tincture 1.43mL from dry stem bark oleoresin 133.34 mg.
• Carlina acaulis (Carline thistle) tincture 1.43 mL from dry root 66.67 mg.

• In rare cases, Valerian & Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
• WARNING: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
