Creatine Monohydrate (99% pure pharmaceutical grade)
5g = 1 level teaspoon
HEAVY LOADING - Take 20 - 30g per day (in divided doses) for 4 - 6 weeks.
LIGHT LOADING - Take 20 - 30g per day (in divided doses) for 5 days followed by 5 grams per day for 30 days.
POWER ENERGY - Take 5g approximately 20 mins before activity.
SPECIAL NOTE: Do not take Creatine in conjunction with caffeine due to its inhibiting effect. Always take Creatine on an empty stomach.
